Note: 1.  All registration refunds will be assessed a $10.00 Administration Fee up to and including March 31st.  There will be a $25.00 Administration Fee for any refunds processed from April 1st up to and including April 30th, unless for documented medical reasons.
 
Note: 2.  If you paid the $10.00 Softball BC fee, it is non refundable.
 
Note: 3.  The player may not be re-registered for the season.  Consideration may be given to extenuating circumstances.
