The RMMSA GOALS are to develop a strong TEAM and develop strong TEAM-PLAYERS through positive attitude, training, fundamentals training, coupled with error recognition and correction. We will provide the training necessary to play at a higher level, and ultimately build confidence and a positive attitude which will generate a lifetime of memories.
Both our A & B Rep programs are designed to give players wanting that higher level of competition the opportunity to improve and progress towards even higher achievements and goals and will aid in securing a position on college or university teams.
These team practice during the off season and will develop and improve skill levels, knowledge of the game, competitive play, pride, self-respect, and learning to play softball 'ONE PITCH AT A TIME'.

RMMSA Team Synergy Gold:
I wanted to take the time to thank each and everyone for the dedication and effort you all put out into making the first year of Team Synergy such a huge success. It is hard to believe that next years team could live up to this season, but, we as coaches and as a team will inspire to do just that! I think I heard it said by the coaches that your efforts and unity as a team has re-energized us as coaches.
Thanks to everyone involved from the players and parents to coaches and Managers to everyone in the RMMSA for sponsoring the team. I firmly believe it was a huge success and look forward to hearing from each of the players when College coaches come a knocking.
See you all in the spring and thru the 2012 season. Team Synergy is now complete for the 2011 season and the players have returned to their home associations. Stay tuned for team Synergy tryout dates for the 2012 team. Dates and time will be posted sometime in the spring of 2012.
