How to Register

​​We provide two methods for Registration;

  • ​Online registration via our web site - This is active from Oct to March.
  • ​In Person registration at the RMMSA Warehouse (#7 23382 River Road) - If you can't register online, you can register in person at the RMMSA Warehouse.  We will normally hold one registration in late September, and one early in the new year.  These dates and times are posted on our web site, so just keep checking back.  If your child played with RMMSA last year, you will receive an email from us with these dates and times.

Payment Options

​We have two payment options for online registration;

  • ​Register online and pay online using PayPal (you can use your PayPal account OR you can use a credit card).
  • ​Register online and choose the 'Offline Payment' option - Offline Payment gives you the option of either; sending us a cheque, e-Transfer, or contacting our Registrar and processing your payment over the phone.​

All Online Registrations are subject to a 3% transaction fee even if you select the Offline Payment option.

When registering in person, we have the following payment options;

  • Visa/Mastercard, Cash/Debit, Cheque, or e-Transfer

The following additional fees are charged on top of the basic registration fee for all players;

  • Softball BC Fee - Effective 2003 all players require a Softball BC (SBC) lifetime membership to play. This is a one time fee of $10 per player. If you played previously, you will have already paid this fee. If you need to find your SBC number, visit the Softball BC member lookup page here 
  • Field User Fee - We also have a Field User Fee for parks, from the District of Maple Ridge which cares for all Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge parks, this fee is $15 per player.
  • Online Registration Fee - A 3% transaction fee is charged on top of online registrations

Multi Child Discounts

There is a $10 family discount for each additional child registered.  This discount will be automatically applied when you register online, or in person.

Rep Fees for players U12 A/B to U19 A/B which have joined their teams after Jan 15, 2019 will be discounted to $100

Registration Receipts

Our web site has a lot of great features, but allowing you to download your online registration receipt yourself isn't one of them ...sad

  • ​If you need a copy of your registration receipt, and you registered online, please contact webmaster@rmmsa.com or register@rmmsa.com and we can send that off to you!
  • ​If you registered and paid in-person, please contact our Registrar at register@rmmsa.com.

 

Registration Refund Information

If required, registration fees can be refunded. Please contact register@rmmsa.com for refund information.

Please Note:

  • All registration refunds will be assessed a $10.00 administration fee up to and including March 1st.
  • There will be a $25.00 administration fee for any refunds processed from March 2nd up to and including April 1st. No refunds will be processed after April 1st unless for documented medical reasons.
  • If you paid the $10.00 Softball BC fee, it is non refundable. Any processing fees charged for online service will not be refunded by Ridge Meadows Minor Softball Association.
  • The player may not be re-registered for the season.  Consideration may be given to extenuating circumstances.

 

RMMSA Clinic Registration

In order to take advantage of the many clinics that RMMSA offers the player must be registered with the league (for insurance purposes), before registering for a clinic

 

Uniform Deposits

Uniforms are supplied by RMMSA and a uniform deposit will be required prior to the uniform being issued. The following deposits will be required;

  • T-Ball to Mini-Mite: No uniform deposit
  • Mite to Junior: $75.00
  • REP: $150.00
