November 13, 2020 – COVID-19 Update

The RMMSA Executive held an Emergency Zoom Meeting last night to discuss the current situation with Indoor and Outside Practices/Clinics.

Further to our directive earlier this week, the following was voted on and approved by the Executive.

1) The Warehouse Facility will be closed until November 23rd @ 12 pm. The Executive will assess re-opening for Practices/Clinics after the BC Health Report on November 23rd.

2) RMMSA is following Softball BC’s direction to move back to Inning 1. Inning 1 allows for teams to practice outside as long as the Safety Plan and Protocol is followed. We are advising MR Parks, by copy of this email that our teams are eligible to practice on the Albion Fields. It is expected that teams respect the field conditions and that you cancel your practice(s) if the fields are not in good condition.

3) Teams that wish to book time on the Albion Fields, November 13th to 30th, should contact Sally Clayton.
