Do you need a Criminal Record Check (CRC) or a Screening Disclosure Form (SDF)?

• a CRC is mandatory every three (3) years.
• an SDF is mandatory for the two (2) years following your CRC.
• year 1 = CRC,  year 2 = SDF,  year 3 = SDF & repeat
